To create a contact list and manually add numbers, head to the Contact Lists section here.
Click on the “Create New Contact List” button to create a new list.
Once here, you can name your contact list. This is for your reference only and your recipients won’t be able to see it. You can include a description but it is not required.
Don’t forget to set your default country code if sending internationally. If you would like to enable any international routes, please get in touch with your Account Manager.
Once you click next, you can select the “Add Numbers Manually” option here.
In the pop up, you can choose if you would like to add custom fields. If not, you can select “No” and then click “Next” to continue adding your numbers.
If you would like to add custom fields, select “Yes” and then add as many fields as needed by clicking on the “Add More Fields Button”
Don’t forget to name your custom fields, i.e. “First name” if you want to include First Names. The “Number” field is always added by default.
After clicking next, you can now add your numbers and custom fields (if chosen to include them). Fill in the form and then click on “Add Contact”
Don’t forget to click “Add Contact” after filling in the form for each recipient and making sure that they have moved into the box in order to be added to the list.
Once you have added your recipients, click on “Submit” and you will be redirected to your new list.
